myoncare is a CE-marked healthcare platform consisting of a backend for medical teams and a smartphone or web app for patients. Digital content can be created in the backend and then sent to patients in the smartphone app. Medical teams can manage their patients via their dashboard, filter them according to various criteria, track their health and communicate directly with patients via video call or chat.
With myoncare, you can easily create digital treatment pathways that provide additional support for your patients on their health journeys. myoncare can help to promote compliance, identify risks and complications at an early stage, record health data in a structured way, reduce patient uncertainty and promote satisfaction. The dashboard gives you a clear overview of your patients, allows you to filter them according to various criteria and interact with them directly via chat, video call or data transfer.
myoncare can support doctors and patients in all indications. The only exceptions are diseases that make it impossible to use a smartphone, e.g. diseases of the central nervous system. Digital content can also be created to support patients using a medication or medical products or, for example, support insured persons or employees with preventive content. The possibilities are very diverse.
The content management system is the heart of myoncare. Using the CMS,content can be easily created, stored with automation rules and combined into treatment paths. The user interface of the CMS has been designed to be particularly intuitive so that it can also be easily operated by users without programming knowledge.

The classification of our platform as a Class IIa medical device offers numerous advantages, both for us as a manufacturer and for you as a user.For you, this means greater safety, as myoncare is developed and continuously improved in accordance with the latest quality and safety standards. This is guaranteed by regular inspections by TÜV Süd Service GmbH. In addition, classification as a Class IIa medical device is a fundamental prerequisite for digital health applications to be used for diagnostic and decision support. Recent court rulings prevent the use of products that are only certified to Class I and prohibit their further operation in the EU. However, successful Class IIa certification requires considerable financial and human resources.

The use of myoncare requires the operating system Windows 10 (or higher), MacOS 11.11 (or higher) or Ubuntu 20.0 (or higher), a stable internet connection with at least 10 Mbit/s and a maximum latency of 200ms, as well as the latest version of the internet browser Chrome, Firefox or Safari. For use on a tablet PC, you need at least iOS 13.0 or Android 11.0. Your instance is hosted on an EU server of a company validated by us - without you having to do anything. Your patients need a smartphone with an internet connection and at least iOS 13.0 or Android 11.0. Setting up interfaces in HIS or other systems involves additional effort and costs.
